WADDL-Puyallup (AHFSL) transitioned to new laboratory information management system on Monday, July 11, 2022.
The new LIMS, CoreOne for Labs, will add more functionality to the WADDL-Puyallup (AHFSL) online portal. Clients will be able to
- Create and track submissions
- View test statuses
- Access reports
- View invoices and account balances
- Easily pay online through a secure system
- We’ve thoroughly tested the new system over the past 9 months and find it to be user-friendly and intuitive!
Clients will continue to receive test results and invoices via email. Statements, summarizing all invoices and payments, will now be emailed on the 1st of every month.
Clients who have used our previous portal within the past year will have their account automatically set up for the new CoreOne Client Portal. However, clients will need to activate their account and create a password the first time they log in. The password can be the same (recommended) or different from the password in the old Portal.
Clients will continue to have access to the existing Portal to view past reports using their existing email and password.
The new system will be available for Clients to activate their accounts on Monday, July 11, 2022.
