UPS discounted shipping

We’ve partnered with UPS to offer our clients discounted shipping through our online client portal.

Shipping labels

Log in to the CoreOne online client portal to use the automatic label generator.

Pricing (less than 3 lbs)

• UPS ground $10
• UPS next day air
  • Pacific Northwest (WA, ID, OR, and western MT) $20
  • Outside the Pacific Northwest $30

We also accept deliveries from the US Postal Service and FedEx. If we receive your sample(s) after the setup day, we will refrigerate your sample and run it on the next testing date.

Canadian clients must also include a statement of contents with the shipment.

Warm weather shipping

Please consider the following precautions for shipping temperature sensitive samples during the summer months.

• Choose next day air or standard overnight
• Use an insulated shipping container with multiple frozen gel ice packs
• To avoid freezing, please ensure samples are not in direct contact with gel ice packs
• Place samples in a separate leak proof bag or container
• Place paper forms and checks in a separate zip-closure bag
