AHFSL-WADDL offers comprehensive food safety microbiological testing, with a focus on providing timely and accurate results. We offer testing for the presence of pathogens, including Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria spp., Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Salmonella enterica, and quantification of an array of bacterial and fungal organisms.
